How to Return an Item
Contact Customer Service
Email us at returns@cofftime.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Include photos if the item is damaged.
Receive Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. For defective items or our errors, return shipping is free. Otherwise, shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
Pack and Ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The credit will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
Return Eligibility
Items that can be returned:
- • Unused products in original packaging
- • Items with tags and labels attached
- • Products with all original accessories and documentation
- • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
Items that cannot be returned:
- • Used or damaged products
- • Items without original packaging
- • Products returned after 30 days
- • Personalized or custom-made items
Exchanges
Need a different color or size? We offer easy exchanges for the same product in a different variant. Simply follow the return process above and mention that you'd like an exchange in your email. We'll ship your replacement item as soon as we receive the original.
For exchanges, we'll cover all shipping costs both ways. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
